decryption of pdf

is there any component which can decrypt the password protected pdf's..?

if you want to open a pdf you need to know the password.
if it was easy to decrypt password nobody trust them.
but I think you want to access pdf datas…
pds is document it's not a data file…
You may want a RPA and not ETL…
