Are you getting this issue in V 7.3.1? The article "Insufficient Privilege must be superuser to COPY to or from a file' error when importing a file into PostgreSQL DB" maybe not a solution If you want to import the data automatically into a database with Talend and not with a command line console. Did you use any tGreeplumGPLoad component in your work flow?

I could not configure it.. requirement is :i have input file in a server .i need to load the data to a greenplum table. so can i use greenplum gpload for it?

Firstly, please make sure you are able to execute the gpload.py command from the Windows command Line.
