how to use tExtractRegexFields or tExtractDelimited?

I would appreciate if anyone knows how to use either tExtractRegexFields or tExtractDelimitedFields?

Have you downloaded the TOS Components Reference Guide? There's a great write up of both components with working examples in this. Its a really useful document for all the components. Sorry for not writing up an example right here, but there are two great examples in the doc :-).
