improve performance and execution time for a talend job

Hi

Here is a screen shot of my job 

i want to insert 100,000 documents in a mongo database but the job execution time is too long it takes 5 hours to finish the execution is there a suggestion that can help me minimize the execution time and improve performance? is there a specific setting or configuration for each component?

What is the file size of input Json ? If you're using enterprise Talend, can you try to leverage enabled parallel option and see how it is working?
