instrumentation for performance

Is there a tutorial for setting up isntructmentation for data integration studio ?

We are using Talend with Oracle.

There is a similar process that use oracle-pl/sql prc only and we are comparing the performance.

We see there talend process is 10 times slower. 30 mins in pl/sql vs 5 hours in talend.

Performance issue usually cause by the DB connection or the job design, could you upload some screenshots of job into forum?
