need help with tmap mapping of nchar column

I have a sql server table column shiftcode with datatype nchar.

I am trying to copy the table data from sql server to oracle.

In oracle table, the column shiftcode is varchar2() datatype.

I am getting error when mapping in tmap.

Hi

Use talend type string to map nchar type on the schema. What's the error? Can you share a screenshot?
