org.talend.commons.exception.PersistenceException: time out issue

Hi guys, 

I got the below exception while I opening the IDE. can you please look at this issue?

org.talend.commons.exception.PersistenceException: org.talend.commons.exception.PersistenceException: Connect to server timeout, you can change the timeout value in studio performance preference.

Could you please navigate to Window > Preferences > Talend > Performance to increase timeout value to see if it is OK with you?

I am not getting this error frequently but whenever i tried to open the IDE, I got this issue. Also, I increased the timeout in connection timeout.?

connection timeout in administrator center(seconds) ??
