reject line having Alphanumeric and special caracters

Hi All;

 i  have tabel input data have   line of name and state i want to reject line having  Alphanumeric  and  special caracters with  tmap or other composant :

input data-------table out put  reject (name and state with  Alphanumeric  and  special caracters and   int)

                        table out put reliable (name and state without   Alphanumeric  and  special caracters)

i do a test in table  i see that state have a value alphanumeric us you see in screen alph2.png

i test var==true and var ==false but no solutionus y see

also i set Catch output reject in tmap" false but nothing change

Just test 2 records; 1 that should work and 1 that should not. Create two outputs in your tMap; 1 for positive and one for negative. Connect the outputs to tLogRow components. This way it will make it easier for everyone (and you) to see what is happening.

My question was about why you the the tMap output set to "Catch output reject" = True
