[resolved] Meaning of tWaitForFile - "Include present file"

Hi-
I searched all over and I apologize if I missed it, but can anyone tell me what the "Include present file" option in tWaitForFile means?

Hi
Includes the matched files that already exist in the specified directory if this option is checked and fires the next action when the job is starting.
