[resolved] license update

I need to update talend license. (we are on a temp license and received the new license yesterday).
But I can't get to TAC because - when i try to login to TAC, I am redirected not to the login form page but the database configuration page prompting me for password. Screenshot attached. Can you please tell me what this means?
And our production environment has jobs scheduled - will they run before the license is updated?

With your license issue, please create a case on talend support portal so that we can give you a remote assistance(webex session) through support cycle with priority.
