tDBOutput - Update using field options

Hello, I have a tDBOutput that's not updating. You can see below I have a simple job. I did a tLogRow just to show the dataset right after the tMap. Then another screenshot of SQL dataset that's to be updated. The MeetingStartTimeUTC is not updating. You can see in my tDBOutput, I'm using field options on Dim_UserID/MeetingID/ActivityDate as the update key. It's quite simple but I'm not sure why MeetingStartTimeUTC is not being updated. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

But there is no row coming out from tMap_2, that's probably the reason.
Can you share your tMap_2?

Hmm, not sure what happened to original screenshot but look below, 18 records coming out of tMap_2 but MeetingStartTimeUTC is not being updated.
