tFileFetch to extract file from remote CSV link

I'm using Data Integration Open Studio.

How can I extract file from remote csv link : 52.88...../.../file.csv ?

I've tried it but getting following error :

The URI is correct for you? Are you able to ping your remote CSV link successfully?
