tOracleConnection Error by using oracle service name

Hello 

Am trying connect oracle database using tdbconnection oracle. When i entered all the required connection details in metadata, i tested the connection, the test is successful

But when created a simple job to just open connection am getting an error

Can any one please help to resolve the issue
