tSapIdocOutput - Any scenario please

Hi team,

I could not find any relative scenario of loading an IDoc in SAP system since version 6.X to 7.X.

I even see that the below community thread for which JIRA ticket was raised is still in unresolved category(2013 till date).

Can you please provide a help around this with a scenario which would help us to achieve the business requirements.
