talend administration center (TAC) API?

Hello, does the talend administration center (TAC) has some kind of api?
For example Web Services, ... to stop / run / pause tasks?

As far as I concerned, there is a way to implement webservice with TAC currently.
For any new feature, please report it on BugTracker.
