unable to load data into to redshift for some configs

unable to load data from staging table to fact table when number of rows per insert is 100 but in talend shows 100 rows inserted.

If number of rows per insert is 1000 then the data loaded But it takes more time than that.

This problem I am facing for 1 week.

these kind of problems sometimes viceversa.

i.e number of rows per insert is 100 will be loaded 

     but number of rows per insert is 1000 will not loaded.this my job
