2 dates for 1 quarter

i have 2 dates some of KPIs i need to adjust startdate associate with quarter  for some KPI's and enddate associate with quarter for more KPI's how can i cater this thing with only one quarter.

try something with 

QuarterStart(YourDateField)

Quarterend(Yourdatefield)
