2 different charts connected with different date. How to create one filter

Situation:

1 sheet contains 2 charts

1 chart - is counted by Buyer Hold date, chart shows sum of every month

2 chart - is counted by Supplier Hold date, chart shows sum of every month

How to create one formula for Filter pane to have correct data for both charts at the same time. I want to filter separately by year and  for month.  Is it possible?
