A Persons Average Hourly Pick Rate in the Last 2 Weeks
I have a table similar to below I would like to create a visualization to show (Would a bar chart be the best option?)
1. Average Hourly Pick Rate in the last 2 weeks by Employee.
2. Top 5 Employees with the average highest hourly pick rate in the last two weeks
3. Bottom 5 Employees with lower average hourly pick rate in the last two weeks

I would also like to show by region.
Also there maybe odd people who only scan(pick) a couple of time a day so i would like to exclude anyone who has less than 20 scans from the analysis....any ideas @ArnadoSandoval ?
