AND operator in filters

Hello everyone.

I have dataset looks like

ClientID	ProductID
1	X
1	Y
1	Z
2	X
2	Z
3	Y

Currently, I have a product filter, I can select multiple products (let's say X,Z) and the data displayed is all the clients that have X OR Z

I want to be able to change the filter to display only clients that have X AND Z

is it possible? did anyone try to do it?

I have tried working this out, but have not been able to. I was trying an approach where while loading the data, we create another calculated column checking all the product IDs against a single client ID and creating a flag based on the same. Then we could have used that flag in the filter pane to get all combinations such as Product ID X and Y or Product ID Y or Z and so on. However, the logic doesn't work out for me. 

I don't think this is possible. In case someone figures this out, please post the same here so that we all can learn!
