Access Qlik web connectors

Just a quick question, is it possible for clients that are offered tokens via qlik enterprise to also access qlik web connectors such as google drive, facebook connectors, etc.?

if you install the web connectors as a service , 

create users for them to access the web connectors 

than it's possible
