You could use a Powershell script to create a new local account on the  server that runs Qlik Sense then elevate that user. This allows you to have a backup account independent of the AD.

See https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Admin-Account-Disabled-After-LDAP-Filter-Added/ta-p/1714226 for more info and for the Powershell script.
