Access to Qlik Support Portal

Access to Qlik Support Portal is  always a pain using this URL "https://support.qlik.com/QS_Home_Page" .

I am using this URL solely to inform the Qlik Technical Support regarding my cases/issues.

As I am unable to access this URL I am unable to communicate with them and all my issues are stuck.

Can access issues to the support portal be resolved ASAP ?

Every-time I login using my credentials it redirects me to the the guest user page.
