Accessing Qlik Sense Hub problem

Hi Experts,

While accessing Qlik Sense Hub with user 'A' is ok and working absolutely fine. I tried to connect another user 'B' and assign token and rootadmin role to this user as well. But when we try to login, it gives an error "The following user is not authenticated <Domain>\<username>".

Help required please!
