Add Stream in Operations Monitor dashboard

Hello how are you?

I need to build a new dashboard with the Operations Monitoring data. Browsing a little in the dashboard, I see that I do not have the information of the Stream in which each of the apps is published. En el cuadro de lista "App Stream", los valores que me permite seleccionar son "Deleted App" o "Unpublished".

Instead of those values, I would need to be able to see the names of each of the Streams (red square in the image).

Instead of these values, I would need to be able to see the names of each of the Streams (red square of the image) in order to associate them with the apps (yellow square of the image).

It's possible? What would I need to modify from the script?
