Abhishek, I do not see any option for jitter in a scatter plot, but I do see it in distribution plot. If you can use this other chart type, you should be able to use the jitter feature. I am not sure if it is possible in scatter plot, though.
I used the distribution plot (which is scatter in Power BI). The distribution plot in Qlik is an excellent visual for this type of presentation. The controls are very intuitive.
