Aggr with Count in a Single or Pivot Table

I am trying to create the attached table using aggr function in a single or pivot table.   But when I use the formulas to aggr by some columns the division of % dont take the fixed value of the expected aggregation.     Any idea how to do it or how is this tables are workings

Dimensions we are using>   Year, Month, Products

Year> 2019, 2020, 2021

Products> P1, P2... P10

Months> January , Febrary... December

The dimensions are part of the filters in the sheet we are creating
