Aggregation by month with different payment frequencies

Hello,

I have a data set that I need to break out by month but the payment's come in at different frequencies. The payments also have different start dates. Below is an example of the data, I have already broken the total payments down into payment per period.

Project	Total Payments	Payment Start Date	Duration	Frequency
AAA	$800,000	1/1/17	12	Monthly
DDD	$400,000	2/15/17	4	Quarterly
EEE	$980,000	5/20/17	2	Annually
