Alert Red font or Green Font Based on Condition

Hi All

My requirment is

I have to display my total sales in top the report.like Total Sales:XXXXXX.

Condition Based alerts.If my sales quantity more than 50% then only my Sales values Green else Red.

How can i achieve.
