Alternative Boom Height

I wonder if it would be possible to create an alternate bar height in a bar chart. Just like it is possible to create in the bar chart in the alternate dimensions option.
 
The following is an example for further clarification of the case:
 
The goal of Case is to be able to switch between the variables "Projects"; "SG&A" and "oCogs". Just as it is possible to switch from "Year" to "Period" without making a new chart.
