Since you are now a anonymous user, Qlik Sense cannot associate you to a RootAdmin user. If you have kept the original Virtual Proxy on Windows auth, you can use it, else, you'll need to use Qlik QRS API or Qlik Cli with certificates auth to resolve this issue, or restore a back-up.
