An error occurred while accessing Downloads

Hello,

when I try to access the Downloads page at this site, trying to download newest version of Qlik Replicate, I receive this :

An error occurred

Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense engine. Possible causes: too many open connections, the service is offline, or networking issues.

What is causing this?

Hi,

The error occurred when there are multiple active sessions going on at a time. Try to clear your cache or use the incognito mode in your browser and see if that resolved your issue.

Hi,

clearing the cache unfortunately does not help, and my browser is managed by my organization and it seems to me I cannot open an incognito tab or window in it. I will have to try from some other device. Thanks.
