App not found

We have 3 different server with Qlik Sense behind a load balancer. Some tenants are getting an App not found error when they access a report. If they wait a few hours or a day and then try again the problem goes away but then some other client will report the same issue and the cycle goes on and on....

Which log should I check on the servers in order to identify which server is throwing the error and a solution to the problem?

Thanks

Hi @jonathan_cr,

Perhaps it would be worth trying to run the log collector and trying to search for the "app not found" error. From there you should be able to see which node is throwing the error.
Perhaps one of the nodes is unable to access the fileshare?

Hello @jonathan_cr ,

I do agree with @Seanog_Murphy , it looks like it might be a rim node that does not have the proper access to the shared folder.

Are the service running under the same service user on all nodes?

Cheers,

Albert
