App taking more time to open outside the server environment

Hi Team,

Facing an issue in opening the app. When we access the app inside the server environment, it usually takes less than a minute, but if I try to open the same app outside the server environment, it takes more time than 4 minutes.

For accessing the app outside the server environment client uses the Zscalar tool.

Any help appreciated.

It sounds like the delay may be in the Zscalar environment. Do you have any measurement tools you can use in Zscalar?
