AppID is a path

Hi, 

I'm trying to deploy a mashup I created in dev-hub. My ID doesn't look like randomly generated string like it is supposed to. It is actually a path to the app itself. I used all the methods provided in tutorials to extract the ID and all I get is the ID which looks like this "C:\Users\Qlik\Sense\....\myapp.qvf"

This doesn't seem to make sense...
