Applying app security rule without disabling the default STREAM rule

Hello,

I was looking for a way to apply security rules for a specific app in the stream, so that the app is only visible to some users and not for all users how have access to stream, and without disabling the default STREAM rule. 
is there is any way to do it , coz i tried alot but nothing working ?

thank you very much for your answer, i saw the video but the problem is that i don't want to disable the default security rule for the Stream. and my question if there is a way to apply a security rule to an application without disabling any default security rule for the Stream.

Security rules are additive, which means if one rule grants access, all subsequent rules are not evaluated.
In order to block one resource to be accessed, you need to disable all rules that grant that access
