We are currently investigating ways to limit the export data functionality of Qlik and ensure that proper guidelines are followed. We are currently in the process of implementing hard IP address limits on the export functionality but i was just wondering if there was any way that "gentle" reminders could also be put in place to remind authorised users of company policy regarding data when they do export data.
For example a message that would pop up reminding users of acceptable use policies or a similar warning screen before they proceed with their export such as a tooltip or info screen
Does anyone have any experience implementing a similar feature or could offer any tips in how something like this could be achieved?
