Area Layer Map - Custom Region

 

Hi ,

I am facing some issue while plotting the Area layer for FAR EAST Region.

Requirement is ,I need to plot the area layer However I can able to plot the area layer for individual countries since I can see polygon values using data manager

but I don't have ploygon values for this region and have only Lat and Long (38.7946° N, 106.5348° E).How do we calculate the polygon values to plot the Area layer.

Any suggestions.
