How can a stream or group get auto sync in QMC

OR ask your System Admin/Infrastructure Admin about backup procedures

If you are referring to UDCs they can be synced under scheduled tasks which you can adjust accordingly to your refresh needs and this can update access to your streams based on your security rules.
