Azure SQL can't connect to datasource

Attempting my first dashboard.. but can't connect to my Azure SQL. I'm POSITIVE the the name, user, pw and 1433 are correct.  I can connect with this info from multiple  .Net apps.  

Any ideas

I have the very same issue. Did someone managed to solve it? (maybe with some parameters at advanced?)
