Background Map Issue in Qlik Sense

Hi I'm trying to export my dashboard which is having maps related data. In App its showing all fine, but when i tired to export as a pdf or image, the background of maps its not showing only plotted points is showing.

Do you have any proxy connected? If so, please add it into service config file. Please see Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting: Export of maps does not work when using a network proxy
