Bar chart groped& stacked & line

Hey,

I want to create bar chart that is combination of group, stack and line.

sum all bills till today ( red color )

sum all future bills ( green color )

and ratio ( line chart ) 

 

how can i change the color as i want in column 2022 ??

or how can i get the chart i want ?
