Best practices Business Intelligence Governance Framework
We have just procured Qlik Sense and historically have been an Oracle EDW shop with Oracle OBIEE. We have a multitude of data sources, do business in many geographies and have multiple lines of business, all eager to start using the new tools.
Does anyone have a reference framework for BI Governance that you felt works for your organization? Looking to start governance at the same time as the tool launch to strike a balance of end user data discovery and analytics without losing the integrity of the managed metadata for the company. Feedback welcome.
