what should i do that certain user get access right to create bookmark and stories in qliksense September 2018.

I've added this security rules, but the user still are not able to add bookmarks and stories.

Well you want the to view it which means, you need them to 'read' it, and the "read" action is disable?

 No i would like that the user can create their own bookmarks and stories.
