Bookmarks disappearing when between different environments

Hi, 

I'm working with QlikSense Enterprise and noticed that when the application is migrated between environments (e.g. from DEV to UAT), bookmarks that users have created in published application disappear - is there a way to fix this?

Bookmarks do not follow the app during a export import to a new server as  the bookmarks are local objects. 

It is possible by manipulating the repository database, but the approach is supported by Qlik. Check this support article:  How to transfer an app with its bookmarks from an environment to another
