Hi everybody! I have a problem,when users right click on cycle dimension in chart,it works after triple continuous right click. Looking forward to hear your solutions.

Sometimes, specific browser versions or settings (such as pop-up blockers) can interfere with right-click functionality. -If the problem is related to cached content, clearing the browser cache could resolve the issue. Ask users to clear their cache and try again. -Try testing the cycle dimension right-click functionality in different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to see if the issue persists. -Verify if there are any custom scripts or event handlers linked to the right-click action that might be causing the issue. These could be delaying or preventing the normal cycle dimension functionality. -Look into the Qlik logs for any errors or warnings related to the chart or cycle dimension behavior. This might give you insights into what's going wrong.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to Qlik support to report it as a bug or seek additional help.
Thank you for your reply Diego It works fine with Firefox browser. I cant recommend all the users to use Firefox browser 🙂 but what cause this problem on other browsers?
