Business Analyst Exam limit exceeded

My exam of Qlik Sense Qualification Exam Business Analyst Feb 2020 had 3 limits. I exceeded two of them due to data connectivity and in other last attempt I got 67.3% , as the passing percentage was 70% , my last attempt also got vanished.

How can I re attempt the exam now.

Contact Qlik for the data connectivity/time issues.  Maybe they will offer an exception.
