CSV data with " "

Hi All,

I having a csv/txt corresponding to a log file in the following format

"a,b,c,d,e,f"----------------------------------header

''1,2,3,4,5,6"

"7,8,9,10,11,12".. and so on.

Since this data has " "  so it is not taking it as csv.

Will I be able to upload this file into Qlik sense?
