Calculating the average/value

I need to calculate the average waiting time and make it appear in a text box for both locations should be ( 9.2 SECS) average waiting time for location 1 should be (11.7 SECS) and location 2 should be (6.7 SECS) and also make the individual value appear as it gets filtered from the other tables.
