Can controle user not to export to xls in sense

i would like to know if i can controle if the users can or not can export to xls and image in the web using the sense server ?

is this possible to do?

We can disable Export XL Functionality thru QMC, right ?

but is it for all users or can we disable for a group only? does this should match with "security access"?
